You just have to add items to your shopping cart and then click View Cart to proceed with the order. Then you just have to give some contact information so that shipping can be calculated. After payment, your order will be sent to you.
Do I have to register in this site to buy?
No, but you have to fill out some contact details so that we can send the order to you.
Can I find out how much shipping is before I place my order?
Shipping is calculated when you enter your country. If you register in this web site, you'll have immediate information in the shopping cart. If you aren't registered you'll have the shipping information as soon as you are asked to enter your address.
What is the weight limit for my order?
Ideally is up to 2Kg. Our shipping calculator goes up to 20Kg depending on the service provider but if your order is over 2Kg it may be send in multiple packages each with its own tracking number.
Can I pay in a different currency? I don't have Malaysia Ringgit and USD in my country.
We only accept the Malaysia Ringgit for local market and US Dollar for foreign countries. If you pay using PayPal, you can send payment as US Dollar currency and the conversion will be done in that instant.
How long will my order take to be sent?
If all items are available, your order will be post on 1-3 business days. If one or more items are still waiting to arrive to us, they'll be shipped within 1-3 days from that date.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept direct bank transfer and credit card payment via NBePay payment gateway and PayPal for international customers.
From International customers we only accept PayPal. We only accept payments in US Dollar.

All payment process is made at NBePay payment gateway and PayPal's web site which are very safe, there will be no financial data goes through our web site.
What else do you sell?
At the moment we only sell beauty related products such as skincare, cosmetics and related items. We are expecting to expand more in the future.
Can I return my order?
All products sold are neither exchangeable nor returnable after purchase has been made, however if the item is new but defective and in its original unopened package, you may request for an exchange within 14 days from date of ordering, you may request for an exchange via Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) in your account area with at least providing one picture of the defective item(s) uploaded to the file uploading area, please take note that you have to wait for our confirmation before sending back the defective item(s) to us and all shipping costs incurred for sending back will be borne by you; we'll send you a replacement as soon as we receive the defective items (s) from you and the shipping cost incurred will be borne by us.
For downloadable items we can only refund items that have not yet been downloaded.
Is there a physical store? Where are you located?
DINGDONGBELL's Store is an online store. There's no physical store (not at the moment at least). However we are located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
What is your privacy policy?
We do not sell or share your info with any outside company or third party. You don't need to worry about your credit card information because NetBuilder payment gateway and PayPal handles that for us.
Can you send an item as gift?
Sure! However, we are not offering gift wrapping at the moment.
