Shipping

When you place and pay for an order, we start to process it. There are some facts regarding shipping that you should have in mind:

Shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays.

We are partnering with courier service by Sure-Reach and Pos Laju by POS Malaysia to send all orders, you will be to track your order's delivery status by using a tracking number that we provide to you when we dispatch your order by email.

• POS Malaysia

Order sending out via Sure-Reach and POS Laju will normally reaches the destination by the following time frame, however the actual delivery schedule will be depending on the custom clearance and other unforeseen incidences:

• Malaysia: 1 - 2 days

• Singapore: 1 - 2 days

• Taiwan: 3 - 5 days

• Thailand: 2 - 3 days

• Indonesia: 3 - 5 days

• Brunei: 2 - 4 days

Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the full parcel. Maximum weight of the parcel is 20Kg, however base on the average weight of 2KG per parcel, at most you'll pay as follow:

• West Malaysia: RM8.75

• East Malaysia: RM12.50

• Singapore: RM69

• Taiwan: RM126

• Thailand: RM79

• Indonesia: RM79

• Brunei: RM76
